  We booked a holiday through Stayz with Heidi before the world had heard about Coronavirus. Our planned holiday was to begin on the 30th of March 2020; unfortunately, travel restrictions, social distancing and home isolation meant our holiday couldn’t take place. I understand that Heidi would have been impacted significantly throughout this time. Sadly many people have been. My wife also lost her job and my income was affected. Heidi didn’t offer us a full refund or offer to defer the booking like Stayz directed her to do, she forced us to pay half of the cost of accommodation to her directly before she would cancel this with Stayz. Heidi was horrible to deal with, made threats to call the police on me for asking for a full refund and generally Not a nice person. Look out for her on a current affair.
